[Phpwm] 3D secure

No problems here our platform serves the banks pages in an IFRAME and we
have not come across any errors on the 10+ sites we are currently
hosting. Could it be an issue with the call back processing I seem to
recall it was a bit of a pig to get right and overly complicated.

Were are running using Sagepay as the provider
