PMReports is a little quirky, but it does offer a nice set of facilities and the 
csv dump was a nice plus for my customers since they can now drop back to a 
spreadsheet as well. But I think the ability to set a date range for the report 
was something I added myself. It is MySQL only out of the box ;) and very easy 
to modify for ones own purposes.
