[Phpwm] Meeting: Tuesday 9th Feb; Social Lightning Talks

Hello!

Yes I did offer a talk on something Pythonesque, called fabric. I'll be
there tonight and happy to do it as a lightning talk. Not strictly PHP
but very useful to PHP developers who want to automate deployments and
things like that.
