[Phpwm] xhp - another facebook release

Another facebook-ism; seems quite interesting - although I'm not overly 
fond of their class naming conventions...

But it would remove issues of XSS (Cross Site Scripting) and also 
ensures that html output is valid xml.

There's also a one-shot binary to process the code - removing the 
alternative of using an xhp extension to php.
