[Phpwm] Job Opportunities

We have come across Williams before and the chap that runs it seems
pretty clued up.
Always thought their logo was a bit naughty though!

Apart from that, we have had pretty bad experiences with agencies,
(the worst was when we had one asking us to clarify what a PHP
developer was despite proclaiming to be specialists)
