After a very successful year, TDM Open Source Software Services (
www.tdm.info) are recruiting for three posts.

TDM are an *Open Source Software Systems Integration* company who
specialise in providing professional *Services* to support Learning
Management Systems and other types of Managed Learning Environments.

TDM are official partners for:

   - TotaraLMS (a corporate distribution of Moodle)
   - and Mahara e-Portfolios (See: TDM Mahara
Book<http://www.packtpub.com/mahara-12-e-portfolios-beginners-guide/book>
   )


We also provide services in support other Open Source Software Platforms eg
Moodle, Xerte, Drupal, Alfresco, BigBlueButton, etc.    We believe Open
Source Software should only be adopted when it genuinely provides the
best-fit solution available.  We promote OSS use *in addition to* (not *instead
of*) proprietary software alternatives and we will happily integrate open
source systems with supporting proprietary software platforms when the
client need so requires.

We are recruiting right now.  *Please reply to me off-list* if you are
interested in applying for either of the following posts with TDM:

   - Front-end Developer  (HTML4/5, CSS, JQuery, etc.)
   - Back-end Developer (PHP, SQL, etc.)


TDM are also currently looking for people want to become an:

   - ICT Professional Assessor / Trainer

for our ICT Professional Academy ( www.wyreacademy.com ).  The TDM Wyre
Academy delivers SfA-funded ICT Professional Apprentieships via blended
online and offline learning programmes.

Salaries offered are negotiable and will be commensurate with the
applicant's skills, qualifications and experience.

We are based in Bewdley, Worcestershire and, though our business approach
is centred around teleworking practices, new post applicants will very much
be expected to spend a considerable amount of time in the West Midlands -
especially in the first year.
