[Phpwm] Lean Development Lifecycle with Amazon Web Services

You know all these months I've wondered why people where more interested in
coloured horses at PHPWM meetings than web development.

My point was that a link to the page Carl provided would have been helpful
rather than a Acronym and a link to a reg. page that had a date but no time
or location.

It's simple accessibility.

Seeing as PHPWM are usually held at the BSPA, it's not really unreasonable
to assume folk on this list know what's being referred to...
