[Phpwm] Ticketing system

Trac - works fine and integrates with source control well. Bit of a pain to
install

Redmine - See above

Springloops - growing on me. Using it for automated source deployment is
very responsive and it handles multiple servers/branches excellently.

Phabricator - My current favourite. It has lots of goodie (eg: integrated
pastebin-style app, granulated access rights, polling, etc...)
