[Preston] Linux on a 486

You will eventually get the e-mail below as a separate post (I sent it
yesterday afternoon), but since I am subscribed with a hotmail account it
always seems to get caught by the spam filter. The filter does however let
though any replies to posts without problem, which is why I have copies &
pasted to this one.

I've had a little play this afternoon with Tiny Linux and it seems to
install OK.

The only problem is I only have experience with newer versions of Red Hat,
which does tend to lead you by the hand somewhat. As a result, I have only
thus far installed it on a single partition and I know this is not good
practice.

Can anyone suggest appropriate partition types / sizes for a 1Gb drive?

Cheers
Phil
