Subject: [Preston] USB Problems
Hya all,
I've been getting the mailing list for a while, but ive now hit a =
problems with red-hat 8.0.
I'm trying to get my broadband modem to work under linux, but for some =
reason i get the following error when trying to modprobe the uhci =
driver:-
usb-uhci.o init_module: no such device
then says found device, no irq assigned possibly use pci=3Dbiosirq
anyone got any ideas on how to sort out my usb controller with an irq? =
or any way of sorting this out?
any help would be greatly appreciated cos i want to get rid of the =
windows partition totally, and this is the only thing currently stopping =
me!!!!
Cheers,
Mark Stewart.
