Anybody know how to change the default display manager that X uses? I want to 
change from gdm to kdm on my laptop (both are already installed) because kdm 
has a shutdown dialog that doesn't require root privilages.  (I am lending 
the laptop to a friend.)
Is there some init file I can edit?
