Greetings,
If you can subdue your pyromanic tendancies, there will be a meeting on Weds 
evening (7:30pm, in the presentation room, first on your right as you enter 
the Computing & Technology building, top of Fylde Rd opposite the Students 
Union)
By popular demand the topic is 'Shell scripting'. (The crowd goes wild.)
I have a bit of python stuff I can demo (OK, I know it's not a shell by 
conventional reckoning, but it is capable of producing some powerful scripts).
Anyway, there might be a bit of bash scripting and whatnot, so if you have 
any interest or any knowledge of this kind of thing, please come on down.

(BTW any jokes about my name on that evening will be met by a specially 
pre-recorded sound of tumbleweed blowing down the high street of an 
ex-goldrush ghost town ;-)
