[Preston] sagem modem

I'm ashamed to admit that I have only been able to get my Sagem F@st 800
modem
working under windows so I use windows to route the packets to the internet
and hang
my RH 9 and Debian machines off a hub on a lan.... Ideally, I would like to
run Linux as a
router and firewall (maybe using IPCOP or SME) but neither of these products
support
this modem unless anybody else knows any different?
