[Preston] Website Update

Hello,

Just a quick note to let you all know that I've updated the website a
little.

I've now moved it back to the lug.org.uk server but you can still access it
through http://www.prestonlinux.com

I've tidied up quite a few sections, and replaced the "Hardware Exchange"
with a new message board / forum type thing.
