Nice one!
I was kind of thinking that the existing site could be a portal to a CMS.
I think that the existing sites look and feel is fine. Phil's done a
great job in that dept. Its not the style, its the content that needs
to kept up-to-date. I think we need to have static content on the main
site and dynamic stuff on the CMS, then the authors themselves can be
responsible for keeping their own pages up-to-date
Also the mailing list is perfectly reasonable as a means for the group
to communicate. I don't think there would be enough activity to
warrent a discussion board or something like that.
I was thinking along the lines of something that the people who host
meetings could put their notes online under the PLUG banner.

Anyhow, we need to discuss this further. Ideally whilst drinking beer ;-)
