A number of my users refer to saving data in "the computer's memory", when
they mean on the hard drive. Confirms my view that ECDL is just another
valueless piece of paper benefiting trainers not recipients.

Seriously, the question does not give enough information. However, I would
go
with 'Bigger HDD' (or delete some stuff) as 'space' usually refers to disk
space.
