[Preston] DVD region code

Hi everyone,

what really gets on my nerve is my DVD's region code, aparently some
DVDs I have won't play because of this. According to "DVD Shrink"
running in wine, I have zero changes to the region code left.
Now, is there a tool that circiumvents this in any way?
