[Preston] PLUG meeting this Tuesday

Hey! Check the website again!

Phil has updated the site and there is a link to the PLUG blogger site
which will hopefully allow us to keep information from becoming stale.

If anyone has anything they want announcing on the PLUG blog let me or
Phil know, or, if you feel the need to announce things on a regular
basis we could make you an admin on the blog.
