They look okay, but from experience with
WebFusion/HostEurope in Nottingham I'd stick to Manchester or London
(Bandwidth is cheaper in London, and it's likely to be better
connected).

It may be worth considering London from the networking side of things -
my site (http://epicweb.co.uk/colo.php) is worth a look.
