[Preston] Gave the Linux from scratch a /bin/bash

Yeah ive managed to get it working, things ive noticed
is that you should delete the source directory and any
build directories you create after using them. Each
page assumes you've "tar xvf packagename.tar..." and
then "cd packagename". Also for some reason GCC pass 2
seems to take much llonger than the 4.2 SBUs it says. 
 Other than that I followed the instructions and it
