[Preston] April meeting?

So it'll be the New Brit on 6th April @ 8pm?... Ubuntu 10.4 is out at the back end of April, so that could form the basis for the May meeting, whether using the pub's tv or in somewhere more formal. What do you think?

Also, does this mean that the mailing list is now fixed?

I guess the 1st Tuesday would be 6th April. I'd turn out.

At the last meeting I think there were six of us out.

The consensus of those present (if I remember) was that given such a
small turnout it would be better to keep the meetings informal, but
maybe arrange the odd more structured meeting every few months.

I actually had a word with the barman at the New Brit - I was passing
the following day. He said it would not be a problem to connect a laptop
to their large, flatscreen TV if anyone wanted to demonstrate something.

The benefits of using a pub is that it doesn't require one of us to be
there to allow access / lock up at the end.

Cheers!
