[Preston] PLUG group on GNUSocial

I am not for one moment knocking the LUG mailing list as a communication
tool - it has proven to be reliable, accessible and persistent since the
very dawn of PLUG.

But - I'm personally a big fan of GNUSocial for social networking
(federated, distributed etc).

So I have created a group for PLUG
