I'll second the non-smoking bit; unfortunately I only know of one pub 
that's non-smoking (opposite Euthopi^H^H^H Auroa).

Our house is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre.

If anyone knows of a good cafe/restaurant that's open in the evening and 
would be friendly to our cause, feel free to suggest.

SBLug meet on Thursdays (3rd each month), and I'd rather not clash with 
them.
