Sorry I couldn't make it in the end. Was required for "taxi duty" by the
"domestic authority" ;)
I think monthly would be an adequate frequency - unless a specific event
were being organised, in which case extra meetings would probably be
beneficial. I think as we're a relatively small group it'd be better to
keep it informal. I see the meetings as opportunities for like-minded
folk to meet up and discuss Tux-related matters, sharing their
experiences (good and bad) - we all have differing experiences of Linux
in a range of environments and it's sometimes helpful to have "outside
input" if we hit a particular problem. Besides, it also gives us an
opportunity to plan the overthrow of Windows! ;)
I would find Tues or Thurs better than Weds for meetings though.
