i need some more memory for my old Dell Inspiron 8200

PC2100 DDR ( seems like its ok with higher spec as well , I guess just
does the max speed?)
two user-accessible SODIMM sockets
2 x 256/512 MB
DDR SDRAM
MAX 1024 MB
speed = 266 MHz

anyone got any spare?
