Hi Derek,

I realised after our meeting today that BCD Edit is only applicable to Vista and Windows 7, so won't help Reg's Laptop problem.

XP relies upon the boot.ini file.

The junk file cleaner I mentioned is SYSTEM NINJA and can be downloaded from ...
