[Rustington] Fortnightly meetings

We talked about having meetings on the nth Wednesdays of the month,
but decided a strict fortnightly pattern was better. If you put
together a calendar for the next year and look for the conflicts, you
could give detailed advice on crowd avoidance! I felt that a couple of
quiet weeks shouldn't put Frank off the weekly meet, but he seemed so
convinced, I decided not to argue. We immediately agreed we would meet
next weds anyway - when another discussion/decision can be made. It
would be nice if we knew in advance when numbers would be low and we
could decide not to use the Monti room. I think plenty of pubs would
be happy to host small meetings. Maybe pre-registration would solve
the problem?
