[Rustington] Wednesday 31st October meeting.

Thiis will be the last for October. We then move to our fortnightly
schedule i.e the 2nd and the 4th Wednesday of each month.
I have unfortunately mislaid the keys, so will ask the Council staff to
open up.
I have prepared a preliminary list of topics for your selection and I hope
that there will be lots of input from you all.
