[Rustington] Wednesday's meeting

Welcome back after our August break. I caught up with the garden produce,
and had some "fun" with apple at their **Genius** bar in Brighton. They
couldn't fix my sister in law's ipad, so we had to buy another. The problem
was the apple id and password. They invited me to go in with my Mac
mini,and after 3 hours managed to make it go pear shaped.
At home quietly I managed to recover it and install **Mavericks**,the
latest Operating system and resolve the apple id!
We will see a new arrival on Wednesday, Jim Jennings, who would like to
find out about linux and see whether he will decide to join the U3A.
