[Rustington] Sept 9th --- Next meeting

You may all remember that we made a decision in July to pay our
meeting dues in advance @ £2.50 / meet. After conferring with Bryan
Stephens (Treasurer) he has approved in principle but has asked us to
align with the U3A financial year (starts 1st March) so I am asking
for 5 payments of £2.50 in advance for Sept to Feb without December.

So cheques or cash please for £12.50 on Sept 9th.

For an agenda ... Jack? ... I am even shorter of ideas than usual. I
have had a flurry of work recently, children and grandchildren with no
school to go to and I have failed to make any of the lugs at Horsham
or Portsmouth for a couple of months. I might try and get the current
Zorin on a machine to look at as I have seen some good reviews.

What have you been up to?

Been playing with UEFI machines?

Someone was asking about backup and/or rsync last time -  has Google
revealed all or are there still some issues?
