[Rustington] Anti-Virus for a Mac

Back in the days when I had networks, we used AVG:
https://www.avg.com/en-gb/avg-antivirus-for-mac
They also do a PC version, but not a Linux version - I wonder why? Could it
be that Apache et al don't need it? If so, why should MAC?
