I think it is best to cancel the meeting on wednesday.

I have told David but not sure if Ann will get this email.  Can you inform her please.

Any time over the next  weeks  I can host a meeting at short notice if required.

While Derek has kindly offered to host this month, my calendar has just squished me out of it. Mother-in-law has her funeral on Friday bringing family commitments to an already busy week. I had hoped to keep Wednesday free but it's not too be. Nor can I see any reliable date nearby.
So is Derek to expect you or do we give up this month altogether?
