I never had much to do with that.

I was in the s/w development group. I wrote their entire SMS gateway
from scratch. Im rather proud of the fact that it passed all the BT
verification tests *first time* :) To the best of my knowledge, only one
bug has ever been found in it, and even that was due to BT deviating
from their own specs (although it should have been caught, really).

I dont actually use them for internet though.
