Yes, I think I said AVOID high-glycaemic index foods! Stick to veg, salads,
nuts and fish.
The chromium, vanadium and lithium should be taken ideally in colloidal
liquid form as a supplement.
Your concentration should improve a treat - can send you an info tape if you
like.

True, well with the Chromium and the Vanadium at least I wouldn't rust,
my liquid content would probably mean I would explode on contact with
the lithium and I expect the high-Glycaemic foods would probably make me
more hyper!
These days is more a problem with conentrating than anything else...
