Hi all,

Just a quick introduction from me.

I am an IT professional with nearly 20 years
experience in the industry at many levels
but mostly software design and development
on a contract and permanent basis.

Over this period I have used a considerable
number of languages and operating systems,
currently tending to use Java with Windows
or Unix/Linux for technical applications, like
those developed for my employer Xanalys.

I am interested in what the local LUG has
to offer and any associated areas plus
news of any local meetings.
