http://www.lpi.org/ is their website - the syllabus and sample questions 
are posted there. There's an O'Reilly book for Level 1, but still no 
courseware available for Level 2. I've done the Level 1 and Level 2 
exams, and will be doing Level 3 once it's been developed.

I recommend the sylabus to anyone looking to become certified in 
administering Linux. It's the most widely recognised Linux 
certification, and is aimed to be distribution independant as someone 
previously mentioned - although it is rather biased towards Redhat and 
Debian in my opinion.
