Why would anyone want to start reading Windows Source code? The Linux kernal source has been available for over a decade, and I still aint finished!

This leak is bad news, it was traced to a company that specialise in unix compatability, and whom have legitimate access to the windows source. However give it a couple of years, and we'll have Microsoft making claims of software using the code that was leaked.
I for one have had to remove all instances of "i++;" from all my home brewed proggies just to be safe.
