What more do you want? it already has almost anything you want, and there is STILL a PCI slot free.

some stuff (like USB2 DTV cards just look like large in-line sockets nowadays, too, so its not as clear cut anymore anyway.

icc is faster in some cases. not all. and even then its not THAT huge a difference...
