[SC.LUG] Gov depts to migrate to Windows for Tellytubbies

HM Revenue & Customs and the Department for Work and Pensions have just
signed a deal with M$ to migrate 100,000 PCs to winXP.

What a waste of tax-payers money. Incidentally, it is probably these two
departments that are pushing for the much criticised biometric ID card
scheme. God help us!
