[SC.LUG] Elite freed

[Richard Smedley]

istr a few LUG members talking enthusiastically about
playing elite. I came across mention of a Free
Software version, called oolite, on the BSD mailing
list.

It's at

for the original OS-X version 

and

for the GNU/Linux port.

Has anyone tried it?
