[SC.LUG] One page wiki

I am playing around with a little website, and need one page to be editable.
Essentially, like a wiki, but only one page wants to be wikified.

Does anyone know of an existing script (preferably PHP) that would allow a user
to click on an edit link and be able to edit just one page?

I had thought that rather than allow users to edit a whole page's HTML, I could
just let them edit (say) edittext.txt and include that in the main page.

If anyone has any ideas, that would be great.
