Short answer: no
Long answer: see below

I haven't had much tome for LUG admin over the summer, so
I'd like to belatedly welcome several new members who
have signed up to the list over the last few months.

We're a fairly informal user group - using meetings
and/or the list as and when there is interest. If anyone
wants anything more out of the group that's fine, too -
just organise it, and shout out on the list :-)

We have, in the past had monthly meetings with speakers,
usually near Sandbach, We've also had regular social
meetings in Alderley Edge, and elsewhere. Right now
we've nothing organised - so if potential speakers
want to stand up and be counted, do so :0)
You don't have to be an expert - just interested
enough to kick off a discussion on something :)

If there are enough topics and speakers suggested
I'm happy to book the room for a regular monthly
meeting, or as and when required.

btw Does anyone going to the expo, or to OSCon, want
to arrange to meet up there?
