As it is at Russ and Jen's house, it would be a courtesy to let them
know if you are likely to show up.

Right, on the grounds that *everywhere* will be hideously busy in
December, I suggest that we meet at our house on Monday 11th December. I
know it's short notice, but the following week would be awkward for us,
and if we don't organise something soon it'll be too late.
