[SC.LUG] Get the facts

The Register has been carrying an advertisement explaining why
the London Stock Exchange chose MS Windows over GNU/Linux.
It sounded a bit dubious, but I didn't have time to address it 
directly, so I did a quick search to see if someone had done it
for me.
