Of great interest - thanks for pointing that one out Dave :-)

Apart from some small niggles, they'd be a good basis for
some legislation to frame the debate around.
E.g. the egregious restrictions on content on HD-DVD and Blu-Ray
would be hard to justify against a climate where the BL's points
were already enshrined in law :)
