[SC.LUG] MS office "open" XML

If these guys are genuinely leading the argument, I'm impressed.  They 
seem to have a grasp of MS motivation to muddle.  Does this mean MS have 
been officially rumbled, or are these guys just informed geeks with no 
influence in the real world.
