More likely they configured apache to display a different header server 
string see:

	http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_headers.html

nmap shows the server is running ssh.

	nmap -P0  mojaveexperiment.com	

Gives us:

	PORT     STATE    SERVICE
	22/tcp   open     ssh
	[snip]

running ssh with the verbose option:

	ssh mojaveexperiment.com -v
gives us:
	[snip]
	debug1: match: OpenSSH_4.5p1
  	FreeBSD-openssh-portable-overwrite-base-4.5.p1,1 pat OpenSSH*
	[snip]
