	*Time:* May 15, 2010 at 12pm to May 16, 2010 at 12am
*Location:* Contact Theatre, Manchester
*Organized By:* FutureEverything

*Event Description:*
Fancy a mini-Barcamp in Manchester this weekend?

Check out PlayEverything:

Learn, share and play with the geeks and artists - come and discover
incredible ideas, meet some cool people, and never feel guilty for
playing ever again.

A day of open, participatory workshop and conversation events, whose
content is provided by the participants. Exploring subjects as diverse
as the people who propose them.

The Unconference is a chance for people to pitch up, discover and share
knowledge about the things they are passionate about within digital
culture. If you are interested in 'mashing up' data, creating new forms
of music or hacking together devices from redundant technology, the
Unconference is the place to tell people about it.

Share with people your most unusual hobby or discuss how to get creative
with unlimited bandwidth and the phenomenal potential of Open Data and
being able to get our hands on the huge amounts of data held by public
bodies.

You can do as little or as much as you want - but remember that to get
the most out of the event it is all about sharing skills, knowledge and
ideas.

Come along at noon as we kick things off with welcome talks about how
the day will work, and fun icebreakers to get people warmed up. The
Unconference will be running through till midnight, fuelled by some free
pizza in the early evening.

Sign up in advance by registering here (or just come along at noon on
the day.)

If you want to run a session at the Unconference, propose an idea in
advance here, or come along on Saturday 15th May and you'll have the
opportunity to put forward your session ideas after the welcome talks at
noon.
