[SC.LUG] Hardware Supplier Update

Recently I wanted an ATI Video Card, so I decided to check out the Hardware 
Supplier situation in Stoke-On-Trent. Some firms, like the "Computer 
Technology" which I referred to last time, have vanished or been taken over.

Now there's another firm called "Computer Technology", which looks like the 
place to go. This is at Unit 19, The Enterprise Centre, Bedford Street, 
Shelton, Stoke-On-Trent ST1 4PZ. This is off Etruria Vale Road, and far more 
accessible for Cheshire LUG Members approaching from the North. From Holmes 
Chapel it's only 17 miles by road. Also you'll find a good parking area at 
the end of Bedford Street.

journey it's wise to phone ahead on 08712-882218 to check Stock Availability. 
Also you should check out the Price List online, because they don't stock 
everything. For instance they don't have 80-Wire PATA Cables.

Meanwhile for Software, Maxtux of 88 Boundary Walk, Trowbridge, is still 
operational. Don't worry if the latest version isn't shown on the Website, 
Stephen Lockley will get it for you willingly. And he'll be interested to 
know how it worked out too.
