[SC.LUG] Publisher

Hello all,


I have been sent some .pub and .ifx files which I am told can be opened 
and edited in MS Publisher. I would rather not use proprietary software 
for this and would welcome your suggestions for a free software 
alternative to open and edit these kinds of files. I have tried Scribus 
but this hasn't successfully opened the files I have been sent.
